A school bus driver suffered a fatal heart attack while driving an empty bus through the town of Verona, according to a statement from New York State Police.

A Grafton, Massachusetts school bus driver was arrested and charged with kidnapping after allegedly making unauthorized stops with students and tampering with the cameras.

Ten students and a bus driver were taken to hospitals as a precaution, with no major injuries reported.
