April 4, 2018 Chris Tse with Blitz Conditioning joined Mike Sobel to explain the types of exercises you can do with a pair of Lebert equalizer bars, and demonstrated an upper body workout.
This exercise, using a pair of Lebert Equalizers, helps build upper-body strength and tone the abdominals. Step 1: Stand between the two Equalizers, which should be placed parallel to each other.
