Making Pasta con la Cucuzza for our talented relative @ricardomarinello_tenor Ingredients:3 lbs cucuzza 3 potatoes Olive oil 1 large onion 1-2 garlic cloves 1 can of peeled tomatoes (without juice) 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste Water (as much as it takes to cover cuccuzza) Directions: In a medium pot add olive oil to bottom and sauté the onions until they are translucent and soft. Then add the tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 5 -7 minutes. Then add the cucuzza - then add water
