Quick Kitchen Tour I’ve received a lot of messages to do a tour of my kitchen so here it is. While I’ve brought most of my equipment and tools with me to Manila, I left most of the bigger ones here. The plan is to make it available for rent for events, R&D, workshops, and host classes for Bicol. Aside from my classes, tag a chef you want me to invite to do classes here and which topics you’d be interested in. I hope to bring in quality, skill based classes and workshops conducted by trained chef
