Every year for Thanksgiving we make a comforting pot of Leftover Turkey Congee. It makes a delicious and easy brunch for a crowd the morning after Thanksgiving when people want a light bite that’s going to be easy on the stomach. The main change we’ve made in recent years is using rice that has been rinsed and frozen overnight.
