It is incredibly beneficial for diving instructors to take new classes to expand knowledge, put them out of their comfort zone and remember how it feels to be faced with mastering new skills. This fits in well with the Human Factors philosophy that is at the heart of all classes at Underworld and all our instructors try to take at least one new class every year.
